Communication Matrix 2.0
Ever played the game “broken telephone” where one wrong word turns the whole message upside down? Now imagine that happening in real life leading to conflicts, misunderstandings, and missed opportunities. Communication Matrix 2.0 is an Erasmus+ training course designed to help young people and youth workers improve their communication skills and build better human connections.
Who Can Join?
You’re a perfect match if you:
✅ Are between 20–30 years old
✅ Are active in the youth field (volunteer, youth worker, trainer, facilitator, organizer)
✅ Are ready to step out of your comfort zone and improve your soft skills
✅ Can fully commit to the whole project and follow-up activities
Note: This project strictly upholds a no-alcohol, no-substance rule during the entire youth exchange. It ensures a focused environment for everyone involved.
How Does It Work?
Throughout the project, participants will explore different communication styles verbal, nonverbal, visual, and written through interactive workshops and activities. Topics include conflict resolution, active listening, empathy, body language, public speaking, social media presence and more.
Accommodation will be provided in a beautiful nature-surrounded hotel in Ölüdeniz, where participants from different countries will share rooms to foster intercultural exchange.
