One of the biggest challenges facing young people today is navigating the transition from education to employment. Skills4Success, an exciting new Erasmus+ project organized by Maditerránea Mallorca, aims to tackle this challenge head-on. Through a combination of hands-on activities, intercultural experiences, and practical skill-building sessions, young participants will explore how to stand out in the job market—or even create their own opportunities through entrepreneurship.

An Island Adventure with a Purpose

Taking place in the stunning setting of Mallorca, Spain’s largest Balearic Island, the project is so much more than a typical sun-and-sea holiday. While participants will certainly have a chance to enjoy the island’s breathtaking beaches and energetic culture, the main focus is on getting equipped with the tools and experiences needed to build a successful future.
